The physical infrastructure will take advantage of cutting-edge technology, reference in the country, to undertake experiments, and propose improvements to the chain of value of the electric energy in Mexico (generation, supplying, transmission, distribution, and usage) through the binational multidisciplinary inter institutional research groups that are part of this project, and all the ones that may become part of it in the future years, with development of proposals for improvement of the systems and technologies that may impact on the energetic sustainability of the country.
